I am a private licensed psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and healing workshop facilitator with over 17 years of experience in the mental health field.

 

Prior to opening my private practice in 2015, I practiced providing consultation, assessment and treatment in various ambulatory, outpatient and clinical settings. I have had years of training in treating Eating Disorders, LBGTQAI+, mindfulness, Trauma healing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and addressing acute crisis mental health.

In my private practice, I treat couples, individuals and families with a anti-diet, fat positive and HAES approach to any of the work. Outside those sessions, I provide professional services such as clinical supervision, consultation for providers and facilitate various  healing workshops in the community.

I strongly believe in supporting healthy development of people’s self-concepts and helping those I serve to become advocates in their own lives. I am passionate about creating positive body image among the gender spectrum, identities and ages to help to access one’s inner strengths especially in the LBGTQAI+ community.

 

 Healing can come from compassion-based care towards oneself along with unlearning diet culture toxicity. The whole person is included in how they want to collaborate in their lives in therapy.
